This is what the car and I get up to at the weekends,
But don't tell the wife............

The car is a 1986 Ford Capri Laser shell, modified to accept the alloy Rover 3.9 efi V8 engine and Sherpa diesel 5 speed gearbox,
The engine is set up with pair ported 4.6 heads (winter 03 cast numbers HRC 2479), Factory Hotwire efi system and rising rate fuel reg,
Piper 285 cam and hi rev lifters,
Chrome moly adjustable push rods,
Vernierr steel adjustable timing gears,
Lightened fly wheel,
Air induction kit,
Magnecor race ignition leads (winter 03)
and a Highpower Progressive Nitrous Oxide System,
