Hi. I'm hoping to return to the fold of Capri ownership after many years in the wildeness.
I'm looking for a nice Brookie or Injection Special. I was looking at Burton's website for possible unleaded conversions when i get the car, and it said...
"All 2.4 and 2.9 are suitable for unleaded fuel. 2.3 and 2.8 must have the following codes stamped in the centre of the cylinder head exhaust flange to designate suitability for unleaded:
* 2.3 - B or F
* 2.8 - D or E"
has anyone got a photo to show me exactly where I should be looking for these codes?
Thanks,
Phil.
2.8 Cologne unleaded markings.
