Can someone tell me what Discs are used for this conversion as I need a set to suit a 5 stud hub

Why don't you just order the discs from Caprisport with the stud pattern you want?

I will give them a call as I will need to purchase the rest of the kit anyway , ordered parts today on their ebay shop very good price so will use again
