Hi there.

Have 2.8 Front legs fitted to my car. Am fitting roller top shock mounts. I believe they will raise the front by one inch approx.

I am going to get one inch lowering springs to counter act that. What poundage should i fit.

I have been offered springs wich are 1 lower but they say they are 145 Llbs and for the 2.0 Capri. Would they be wrong ..

Any help would be great.

170 lb is the sensible choice and 190 if you want it real firm.

145 isn't realy adequate for a 2 litre if you want it to handle.

People that don't know any better still keep trying to sell them though?
