Front camber adjustment and spacers

I like the sound of reduced understear, and not knocking the out side corners off my tyres in 6 months but what are the pitfalls and hows it done properly? what might it cost on a 2.8i? would it widen the track?

Also, are any type of spacers ok? (if i needed them to widen the back to match) I see inch thick ones that bolt to the hub and have seperate holes for the wheel studs - all steel, hubcentric - good/safe enough?
Thanks

Adjustable track arms and set the tracking to suit - simple as that

If your wheels are the correct off-set, you don't want to be getting involved with spacers.
