" Spats Lowering kits ", Am I going mad?????

I just had a hunt on-line for spats shocks....... Absolutely no reference to them anywhere, Does anyone else remember them? Or have I finally lost my last remaining marble? I had an adjustable set on my 2L laser and thought they were brilliant (That was 10 years ago though). Where did they go?
