A few of you have been asking from the old forum what the news was on my new brakes that i posted about a while ago,
SO here is the latest pics from Caprisport.,
the Hubs have been modified now and the locating rings made,
the caliper brackets have also been made now,
when i was over caprisport the other day i had a quick preview of the new set-up, they do look mighty big now they are on a strut

hope to have these on the car very very soon,
all i can say is, they use a 315mm vented disk, and brembo 4 pot calipers. :D
if she don't stop with these on she never will :o

Looks great, and I assume no problems fitting under the wheels? Any changes to the master or front to rear balance needed? You ought to be able to stop on a spot with those!

the set up just and i mean just sits inside my 16" rims
we are not sure if the master cylinder needs changing yet,
but time will tell once the set up is fitted to the car, then if need be we can change the M/C
also balance wise not sure yet mate

sorry progress has been slow,
but with me being busy, and with the car problems i have had this year  ,
and with the guys at Caprisport being swamped in work, we have not progressed to far on my new conversion,
BUT things are coming together slowly, the calipers have been cleaned and checked over and are sound, and will soon be with me ready for painting,
i have the vented rear calipers here ready for painting too.

The capri is off to the guys at Caprisport in the morning to have the new brake package done, this is just in time for me to show it off at the capri day at the ace on saturday.

after the brakes is a strut brace to try and sort out, i doubt this will be done for the capri day,

Brackets are genuine Caprisport.

Master cylinder is stock 22mm but may be upped a little to 24 or 25mm
