Spax or Avo

Ok, i'm building my project Capri still ( writeup on the old forum) now originally I bought Koni's for the build, but I don't like em. Now on my other Capri I have Spax already, but wondering if anyone has fitted Avo's. Are they top adjustable? Are they any good?
