Corroding on Chrome

Hi, I just bought my 1st Beautiful MK2 Capri. I love it and want to get it up to scratch. There are lots of rust spots on my chrome bumpers, Ive tried Autosol chrome polish which has helped but the spots are still quite prominent. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks, Matt.
