hi i see lots of u guys have already done this conversions did u strenghthen anyfink if so wat and if not is it ok with mot thank u

There is very little difference in any of the Mk 3 shells.

If you have a Laser - it's as good as a 2.8 - just minor bits
that make no real difference.

Perhaps a decent strut-brace and just make sure your shell isn't held together by repair patches! See Caprisports website for strut-braces.
