A pillar

hi there can anyone tell me if you can get a replacement panel that attaches beneith the top of the bulkhed and down to the sil area. iv got the wing off on the drivers side and the interior is out. can the pannle be removed with a spot weld drill. i origanaly pached but would rather a neater look. cheers for your help
