Just started the strip down of my capri V8 after buying it as a running (badly) unfinished project in March! It has revealed one of the most solid shells i've ever seen although looks like a shed it has never seen a welder before, just needs a few small rust repairs to front panel n/s/r arch, lower quarter panel and a new o/s/f wing.

Just a few pics after a day of stripping parts.
Next jobs include;removing engine & trans, freshen up engine new gaskets, rings, bearings etc,cut out battery tray, cut out front panel to fit larger rad prob sierra item (ideas for rad welcomed) and mount oil cooler for auto box, weld up all holes in inner wings then its off to the body shop for some new paint.
Small Block Laser build commences
