errrrr......hello......
Despite Santa Pod being RAMMED today (more than 200 cars were signed on!) I managed to get a couple of runs in the Capri!
Here are the numbers........perhaps someone would like to hazard a guess as to where it should be with a decent launch?
60ft 2.6020
330ft 6.3249
1/8 9.2117 @ 87.03
1000ft 11.6216 @ 101.94
1/4 13.6599 @ 110.15
Obviously the start sucks! The back axle is a 1.6 Capri unit and runs out of legs, so I think I will need to change it to get some more mph.
I am really happy, and reckon the 12s would have followed today had I got more track time...........
Not bad given I have no idea what jets are in the carbs and I suspect it is running super rich!
