Capri MK2 3.0S

Hi all,
I have a MK2 3.0S that I have restored over a number of years.
It has a brand new 2.8 injection shell that has been re-cut and changed to a MK2 shell. It has never seen rain and is as new as you could get.
The issue I have is this;
What would be better?
Essex V6 or 24v Cosworth
Would the car resale value be better with the Essex engine?
I also have to original interior but not fitted as I have a 2.8 injection one fitted.
Again what would be better the original or the 2.8?
Any advise would be helpful.
