Good Evening All...

I was wondering can somebody help me out. I'm after buying 3.1 Essex engine which is fitted Kent V62 Cam fitted with standard heads.

I am thinking of fitting stage two heads, ( Inlet Valves Diameter increased to 44mm). If I fit this do you think i will have a problem with the valves hitting the pistons.

i had a 3.0 bored to 3.1,
i had a kent V62 cam and pair of Burton stg2 heads on it and i had no problems,

Thanks for the quick reply. How did you find the V63 Cam. Would have preferred a V63 Cam but the V62 is in it all ready.

Did you notice a big drop in low down power.
