Head bolt torques

Hi guys, thanks for your help before. It turned out my thermostat was blocked and the overheating blew my head gaskets. The new gaskets are coming on tuesday but i still haven't got a Haynes manual (Amazon keep screwing me over). Does anyone know the the torque settings and sequences for the head bolts of a 2.8i and any other torques i will need to put it all back together again.
