Unidentified headlights and turn signals

Hello everybody
I'm French and I ask you to forgive my bad English!
I am currently restoring a 2600 Capri RS for the track and I am looking for information on the headlights and turn signals which are on mine.
These are special models ( "Boreham" type was told) but I do not know from what car they come.
unfortunately, it's not mine.....
Can anyone help me?
