All lights flickering

hi my car has a flickering problem, all the dash lights flicker as well as the head lights. it makes no difference what speed the engine is at. its a 1983 2.8. does/ has any one else have/ had this problem? is there an easy fix?

have you checked all earths? fuses and fusebox conections for corrosion,
the headlight relay under the bonnet,
the switch maounting screws under the steering cowl (has earthing point here too),
battery conections for tightness and corrosion,
