hi all,

im just about to buy an alpine iDA X100 head unit for my 83 capri. The old stereo was removed from my car before i bought it so im only left with loose wires of various colours. Has any one got any wiring diagrams and/or know which wire is which as im unsure if its different to something more modern as i can only find digrams for escorts. Will it be the same or different?

hi mat its simple enough realy on the new sterio u should have a red wire perm live a yellow wire switch live a black wire whitch is earth and most of the rest are speaker wire
