Hi Guys,
I'm in the middle of my rebuild, just passed the bit where you feel like giving up and binning the whole thing, things are finally begining to look Capri shaped! But i've come to refit the engine bay and one of the terminals has cracked off my ignition coil taking half the top with it, it's still hanging on there and it still works but i'd rather get a new one than super glue it back together! So the question is, what's a good coil to go for?? I've heard some stuff about Bosch Red coils, but i want to make sure i get the right one for the car! The engine is overbored to 3litres, with stage 2 heads, magnecor leads, electric fan, K&N cone filter.... will any of this affect what coil i should get?
Many thanks in advance,
Keith

i have used the bosch bleu (blue) coils in the past with no worries,
try and get a high energy output one, but remember some bigger coils may need ballast resisitors fitting too.
