LSD rebuild

a few questions regarding this,
has anyone a step by step guide on stripping down and rebuilding the 2.8i LSD axle?

and where can the LSD drive plates be bought from?
we think i may have killed another LSD the weekend :oops:

MS2 V3.57 Ecu mapable efi and wasted spark ignition.

its a cost thing mate,
plus i have two lsd axles so while ones being rebuilt i can run the spare etc,
