Thanks very much for your help and time , ironically the day before we were about to have the clearances checked , we replaced the fuel pump , on a hunch , and it's sorted ?????

2.8 i Capri Missfires at 2500RPM & above
Hi Can Anyone shed some light on this problem ................ the car has covered 120k but is in V reasonable condition engine sounds sweet. When the car was bought and given a "once -over" it was misfiring on idle and having checked the timing it was found to on or about 25 BTDC !!!!!!!.......... ...
