I have noticed 1 or 2 capris with these lights now... 1 of the big disappointments of driving my capri, is how crap the headlights are... Can you shed any more light (excuse the pun) on fitting the BMW head lights, i.e which model/year of BMW do they come off, also is it an easy job etc etc :D Or wo...

I also now know the engine boils over frequently...the oil pressure is very low...and the engine is running unevenly with steam/fumes coming out of 1 exhaust  This dont sound good to be honest, I would say at the least 1 of your head...

if you buy a performance cam kit from someone like Kent cams, then you could fit that without changing anything else... the most beneficial way to further increase power would be, head work...i.e gas flowing the ports and a fast road cam  also electronic ignition would be a good idea as well... i take it your keeping the 1.6 engine for insurance reasons or something? because if i was you, i would slot a 2.0 eng...

ive messed around with pintos for more years than i care to mention

you can quite easily tune the pinto to produce more power than a std zetec,

yes the zetec is more modern and refined, not too mention more economical,
but the pinto is easier to work on, and cheap as chips too
